Lovely cafe, with light coming in from the windows.
Cat and dog food in various sizes of sacks and cans were available to purchase.
Stairs leading to upper levels where the play areas were.

2nd Level Cat play area
Chubby and chill. Most kitties were this way.
3rd Level Dog play area. You have to leave your shoes and change to slippers. Best to wear socks as you come. Staff will provide you with sanitizers before entering.
The 3rd level was a bright, roomy, awesome play space. It's divided into 2 parts. The premier area was where the smaller dogs were.
Seats, toys, sanitizers, tissues, etc. Staff were always quick to clean up after the dogs' oopsies.
Preston the Corgi, and the pug. Sorry I didn't get all their names.
Felicity the Pomeranian
Corgi
The pug was in heat during my visit so he kept humping the corgi lol.
Greyhound
Paris the Papillon. The sweetest one during my visit, slept on me a long time.
Australian Shepherd
Pink fence separating the smaller and larger dogs. Staff said the division also helped create distance for dogs with clashing personalities or just foul moods. Two areas afforded them the option to enforce better peace.
Great view from the 3rd floor.

Pups and Cups Dog Cafe is probably the best pet cafe I've been to. The reason being was that all the dogs here were super calm, lovable, responsive, and chill. I've been to several dog cafes and there were always some unruly, misbehaving pup. Here, each of them were just awesome. Perfect for kids, or if you're a bit aloof to dogs, you can relax here and actually enjoy yourself.
Located at BF Las Piñas,  you can take a car or commute. It's easy to find. Their roomy cafe offers a lounge area where you can order food or just hang out. They have pastas, sandwiches, soups, desserts, etc. Entry Fee is Php190/person with 1 complimentary drink of your choice, and 1.5-hours playtime with doggies.

Inside the dog play area. Staff were very attentive, friendly, and kept the place sanitary.
Leave your shoes/bags in the lockers. They provide slippers for all guests. Still best to wear or bring socks.
They were actually able to shove 3 Pomeranians together, along with the rest of the pack in one sitting. No one was cranky nor jumped. Everyone was calm and just nicely sat on the bench.

Paws & Play Cafe is the only pet cafe in central Manila, so far. Located along Leon Guinto Street near Taft Avenue, it's very accessible. The place is more narrow than wide. From the outside, you can probably spot a white Pomeranian, or a friendly Malamute by the reception.
Paws & Play Cafe exterior. It's not a big establishment, and is situated next to other commercial stalls.

Large and cuddly Malamute.
Make sure you're wearing socks or bring a pair. Leave your footwear in the shelves before entering the cafe and play area. Staff won't allow you to go in barefoot.
Guarding the door.
Guests are required to order from the Menu for access to the dogs. No imposed entrance fee.
This dog cafe is not as high-end nor polished as the other ones I've been to. Perhaps a clean, no-fuss decor can largely improve the over all ambiance. Wood is good with whites, especially in a narrow area. Accent colors are good, but too much would look chaotic, like the rainbow-colored tables. It would also be better if every item has its place, especially those not intended to be seen by guests- like cleaning materials, unused items, or cabinets/storage.
Anyway, the floor tiles/covering also came with a design. They're flowers prints, I think. Wires and cords can be covered, and corners could use some mouldings.
This area looks good. The distressed wooden fence appears raw, though.
Play area where the dogs hang.
The upper level is for the little dogs, I reckon. Not sure if guests are allowed up.
This cute chowchow was lounging by the doorway leading to the kitchen. Perhaps better tile grout, or wooden panel would help.
Staff were always cleaning the floors, so it's safe to sit down and play with the awesome dogs.
Pug
Chow Chow
You can also ask the friendly staff to take your photo with the dogs. They'll teach you how to handle or hold them, and make them stay.
This could be improved. Just turn the nail if you want to exit the play area.
Cheezy Fingers (Php198), which came with a complimentary Pastel Drink.

Remarks:
  • They provide alcohol to guests, so you can tidy up before or after eating, or playing.
  • The place is generally nice. I could see great potential, especially if they improve the interior design.
  • Dogs were lovely. They're all friendly, mostly napping. I never heard a bark nor a growl while I was there.
  • Staff were very accommodating.
