One of the more authentic Singaporean all-day breakfasts, Ya Kun Kaya Toast quietly makes delicious and filling meals.

The place is small, but plenty of seats, and offers WiFi connection. Ya Kun Kaya Toast has a very relaxing atmosphere, with its striking red and yellow colors, and soft lights.

Some old European cartoon posters decorate the walls. Staff are nice, price is affordable. But, I'd still recommend the Kaya toast from Orchard Road in Megamall. It's tastes 100% better. The Kaya toast from Ya Kun Kaya needs more butter. The toasts we got looked like it had no butter at all, but staff said they dabbed some butter on it.

When your order is served, waiter will follow-up the condiments tray. Ya Kun Kaya has few parking spaces, as it shares front parking area with the whole Fern Bldg.
