For folks with sweet tooth, Cafe Breton will not fail to deliver. Facing the famous Manila Bay sunset, the great location pulls a lot of curious customers to try it. Al fresco dining with umbrellas is perfect for afternoon lounging, and people watching, with some crepe and parfait.
Like Red Ridinghood's grandma's house, the interiors wreak of classic prairie indoors. Blue, red, green, and wooden everything else, the place is calming and quiet. Perfect for small talks and dessert.
Staff are a little undertrained. They chat among themselves, and could make customers conscious. Perhaps depending on where you sit. Stay on the couches and away from the counter. Or pick the loft seats (upper floor).

In terms of food, there's no issue. Everything is delicious, nothing sensational. Piles of whipped cream, and flavored syrup sugarcoat each plate. Expect high doses of sugar and a pang of guilt. Make sure to ask for a tub of water afterwards.
