Glojam Town Apartelle is a newbie mini hotel that delivers well in terms of service, room quality, location, and price.
The lobby is small but colorful. A guard is always on duty 24/7, as well as the friendly front desk.
Red is the chosen accent color of Glojam
The small restaurant caters all-day meals and room service (limited hours). The irregular shape of the restaurant proved to be quite a challenge for the positioning of tables and chairs.
The dark wooden seats also proved to further shrink the area, and the blatant lighting was bad as well. Anyway, food was good, serving size can be for sharing. Waiting time is not too long. The resto is as clean as they come.
The outdoor dining area is a solace for smokers. It's cramped with one high chair too many.

Simple key with tag. Leave it at front desk each time you leave.
This room came as a good surprise. For a Deluxe Single Bed with Terrace, it's a steal for Php995, with plated breakfast. It's fitted like a full-on hotel - AC, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with hot shower, one-time complimentary water, towel and toiletries, and Wi-Fi.
The clean-lined room had a really nice ceiling cove and lighting effects. An attempt for a pop of color came from a lone wall painting. The bed is firm and topped with a comfy duvet, with a head pillow and a bonus throw pillow. There's even a small round table with 2 chairs for eating.

Bathroom
Though there is no bidet, everything seems clean and sanitary.
Personal toothbrush and toothpaste. They actually provide a new toothpaste sachet per day.
Phone with general info & emergency numbers, and tv, cable, and AC remotes
Room Service -Cream of Mushroom Soup: Php105. They add an extra php15 or 20 bucks to the total cost per room service order.
Dine-in @ restaurant - Chicken Mango Curry: Php150, Iced Tea: Php40
Complimentary plated breakfast each morning comes with your choice of juice, tea, coffee, milo (?) with rice, egg, and 1 of whatever of the 2 viands you prefer.
This time I chose corned beef.
Remarks:
- If you want to be in the center of it all, Glojam would be a wise pick. It's fairly priced, neat, and accessible. SM Mall and the Sto. Nino Church are only 1 ride away, as well as Metro-Colon and Robinsons (I guess).
- It's safe, as long as you get off right at the hotel's front doors, and not walk for miles along Panganiban.
- There's a bank at the hotel building and an ATM.
- They offer airport drop-off and pick-up but charge way more than a cab, and yes, they will advise you to hail a taxi instead.
- Taxis often pass by the area. And it's still, technically, walking distance from Colon-Osmena (like about 10mins walk if you're slow)
- Rates are reasonable. Double Room for 2 pax goes for Php1287 (with Breakfast)
