Location-wise, a jeepney route passes along Don Pedro Cui St, which slices across Landon St. Few steps from the hotel lobby is an internet cafe (open til late) and a bakery. |
The lobby is simple but designed well. No harsh lights, and a few sofa sets and tables on the side. There's always a guard by the door, and an attendant at front desk. |
Stairs for healthy heart. Clean and bright tiles and polished rails. |
The corridors are same story. Maintained and fuss-free. |
Deluxe Rooms are good for 2, single/double bed and goes for only Php800. This one has hot water, Standard Rooms have none. There's TV, table and chair, closet, vanity with mirror. |
Closet with 2 bath towels and a few hangers. |
Cable TV and service phone. |
Free bottled water (1st day only). Two glasses on a tray. |

Bathroom is adequately sized. No water supply problem. No bidet, but that's fine. The shower hose came useful. |
Functional lavatory, free toilet paper and soap. |
- This one is a winner in most aspects. Price is cheap but offers big rooms. Amenities are complete and clean. They have room service, though limited. There's a vendo machine at the lobby with drinks and snacks.
- Having hot water was the selling point for us. Most pension houses have no heated water option. Some have but with much steeper rate. This one is not too greedy.
- We got to use their free WiFi from our room. It didn't lag much. Good enough to check emails, but not for fast surfing.
- Location is good. Only one jeep ride to and from Ayala Center. Taxis pass by the area a lot, anytime.
- Staff are few but you always see them around, cleaning or running errands. Not overly friendly but do attend to guests at all times.
- Recommended? Yup. Suits the budget and perfect for short stays.
