Mr. Rockefeller feels like a family-friendly gentleman's club. The man-cave interiors and old cinematic ambiance will surely pacify your stressed heart rates. |
More than an oyster house, it also offers juicy steaks and liquors. Rockefeller is referenced from New York, I think, as NY used to be responsible for more than half of the world's oysters |
Each seat is like individual comfy couch pads. Black and shiny. Paired with white topped tables. As it caters more to foreigners in the area, the large flat screen TV is tuned into sports. |
The interior treatments, the blinds and lighting are very old New York, circa Mafia-era. |
Old beer poster ad at the bar's edge. |
Food offerings range from American to mildly modern continental. There are beers, liquors from various countries, seafood, steaks, sandwiches, desserts, etc.. |
Fresh Kalamansi Juice: Php110 each (hot and cold) |
Chicken Sandwich: Php180 |
Grandma's Steak Recipe with 2 side dishes: Php495 |
Mashed Potatoes: Php40 |
Mango Panna Cotta: Php140 |
- I would praise their steak. I was definitely succulent, and serving size could be for sharing. Mr. Rockefeller steaks = perfect! Goes very well with the side vegetables and steak sauce.
- Panna Cotta was terribly bland, having been sadly compared to Cibo's panna cotta (which was one of the bestestsss!!).
