Tsim Tsa Tsui Dimsum & Tea Bar, Ayala Center Cebu:
I found this restaurant in The Terraces in Ayala Center Cebu. It reminded me of Tsim Tsa Tsui in Hong Kong, and this lovely lady looks bored beyond oblivion that I decided to try their fares.
The light-colored interiors are quite modern Asian, not the usual stark red and wood Chinese.
Green wall couch for comfy dining.
It's a nice, relaxed restaurant. I like the laid-back ambiance and quiet chatter from nearby tables.
