Sarsa

Sarsa is a Filipino restaurant with some interesting twists. They've added flavors and accentuated the tastes of our favorite homegrown dishes. With much hyped press and awesome reviews, we expected only the best from Sarsa. Sadly, we were a bit disappointed. It was my dad's birthday and we wanted to try a new resto.
The place was nice, good interiors, some artistic touches on the wall, good service. there's a bar by the corner.
I like the casual vibe, decorative tiles on the floor and peppered the brick wall.
The orange lamp lights were charming.
The use of wooden tables against handsome black couches were nice.
Cutlery

Inasal Atay: Php170
Inasal Pakpak (wings): Php175
Monggo-nisa: Php190

Remarks:
  • The food were a bit blah. The grilled chicken lacked taste, but bathed in oil.
  • The shake was good!
  • The monggo soup was not up to par, sorry. Perhaps next time we visit, the food will be on their best. It may not be too soon, though.
