P.F. Chang's opened in BGC Fort next to many American classics like IHOP and CPK. It was in good company indeed. Two majestic horses guard the door. The whole area adopting the Chinese empire theme, in the land and time of war, power, and magic. The interiors are quite bold and impressive.
Outside, you can peek inside the intimate lighting and dark wooden interiors of P.F. Chang's.
Theblack seats and dividers by the bar paints a very handsome and confident vibe. The lighter wooden beams maintain the Asian origin.
When we dined, they were a bit understaffed as it was holiday. Several tables were left uncleaned, with guests already gone, plates and utensils still lingered.
Gen Mai Cha: Php105
Xiao Long Bao Dumplings: Php125
Egg Drop Soup Bowl: Php195
Pepper Steak (regular): Php850
Remarks:
- Flavor-wise, it's all there. My cousin from US told me PF Chang's in their area are mostly filled with drunk all-nighters needing to feed heavy Chinese food to survive the alcohol LOL. Gladly, here it's more decent and classy.
- Pricey, but acceptable because of the location and elaborate interiors.
- Staff were ok.
