Venice Grand Canal Mall

Venice Grand Canal Mall is poised to open this year, but people can't wait to check the Venetian replica of the grand canal. All stores facing the canal were still closed, as of date. The food court and supermarket are already operational. Restaurants at the Piazza are all merrily accepting guests.

Located at McKinley Hill, Taguig, this developing area/complex is home to various international companies, call center offices, restaurants, and high-end condos. It's near BGC (SM Aura and Market!Market!), but not 'walking distance' near. About 10-15 minutes by car.

Alight at the Venice Piazza and enter the mall's entrance. Follow directions leading to the central canal or just ask the security guards. Enjoy the Italian exteriors and green waters. Cross the bridge to check other angles for better selfie spots.

There were hoards of people when we visited, partly because it was a holiday. Nobody wanted to leave the bridge lol. Admittedly, it's a nice space. The windows, facade, hue applications look very much like Venetian Macau canal, if not better. Here, there's real sky, in Macau it's kinda-obvious painted ceiling.

Details were good, a little theme-park looking, but it brought the ambiance to the next level. People came for this.

Robinsons Selections Supermarket is fully packed and looks pleasantly designed.

Remarks:

• I think there's parking at Venice Piazza or nearby, I didn't get to check Grand Canal Mall's parking. 
• Gondola rides will soon be available once the mall is fully operational.
