Kettle

Kettle is one of those restaurants that I'd probably always be curious of. Because of their rather large serving sizes, I never get to try a lot of their dishes. And those I tried were certified delicious and filling. Located at 5th level Aura in Taguig, Kettle competes with a whole floor of dining establishments, and successfully wins its own loyal clientele due to its unique offerings and fresh interiors.

Framed images of an old New York clock and bridge give a hipster vibe inside.

Glass wall let the light in. Plus customers get to people-watch.

I love the black steel frames on the wall, matched with the black door.

They do have a wine selection for pairing.

Remarks:

• Their tea setup impresses me. I like how I can have my tea warm the whole time.
• French Onion Soup was large enough to share. I'd be full if I finish it myself.
• Angus Burger was grilled beautifully. And the sweet potato fries were spiced just right.
• Definitely coming back to try other dishes.
