Floi Quin Pension House in Maasin City is one of the handful of pension houses in the city. Price rate per night is about similar with others. In some, the rate is higher for low level rooms because you don't need to climb several stairs. In Floi Quin, lobby/reception area is on the 2nd floor. Staff is almost always away from the desk and could be watching TV nearby. Just ring the bell or ask loudly to get some attention.

Rooms have A/C, Cabled TV, en-suite bathroom, open closet with few hangers, small table. Bed sheets are thin so if you can, bring your own blanket. Bath towel provided is also a bit thin, but you'll manage.
Complimentary soap, shampoo and towels are included.
Bathrooms are often sized like this. Close the bowl lid when you're showering.
Bathroom is small but a pail and dipper is provided. There is hot water and strong water supply. 
End of corridors lead to a veranda, overlooking the road.

- No bed and breakfast package.
- Located in a peaceful area. Approx 2 blocks from Landbank, a local College and local eateries. Neighbouring establishments include a salon, internet cafe, sari-sari stores.
- Some jeepneys or buses bound for Gaisano will pass by the area. Mode of transportation is local tricycle or pedicab which pass by the pension house at anytime.
