World Bazaar Festival at the World Trade Center in Pasay will be open until December 22, 2016. This year's line up of stores is a surprisingly good bunch, and you can find affordable gift items from Php100 (shirts or mini perfumes, mugs), to Php350 (blouses, bags). I made my visit too late as I my Christmas gifts list was done, but I was able to get one more gift for my mom. We attended the previous bazaars, and I could say they have greatly improved with their vendors this time. Too many good low priced items to choose from. You can also haggle.
Hours are from 12noon to 10PM (Sunday to Thursday), and 10AM to 12 midnight (Friday to Saturday)

You can dine-in, as some booths have seats and counters. There are goto, congee, rice, silogs, ulam options, shawarma, and desserts.
