Single Origin

Single Origin is the definition of a neighborhood cafe. The brick-wall, crate shelves, tall ceiling, bronze lighting, and wooden furniture, all backed up with clean, crisp white, and plain concrete. The vibe is cool, and international. Breakfasts are a joy here, with awesome atmosphere and laid back space. Price can be bit beyond affordable, but serving size is good to share.
Rockwell branch, facing Power Plant Mall. The large windows let the light in.
At the far end of the restaurant, an elevated area for long tables with stools.
Outer dining area at Single Origin BGC branch.
The BGC branch has more of an intimate feel. But the handsome wooden highlights lit up the place.
Lounge, and regular chairs at front, stools and long tables at the back.

Remarks:
  • Single Origin is becoming my new favourite breakfast spot. I like the combination of their dishes, the variation in each is exciting.
  • Their hollandaise is not perfect, nor the poached egg were never really that runny. But I still love the overall taste when paired with other components.
