U Pension is nice little pension house in a modern setting. Located along Silliman Avenue, next to restaurants, bars, and Silliman University. They have limited parking at front, and no restaurant. But they've partnered with Barbecue Jones and Wat Ever for breakfast options. Although small, the hotel has an elevator, which was a big plus to elder guests.

Rooms are modern and minimal, and obviously quite new. Fat screen cabled TV on the wall, table and chair with trash bin by the corner.
Good bed with ample flat sheet and blanket. Bath towel per guest provided.
Bed side table includes landline phone, TV and aircon remotes, bible.
