I was looking for an affordable hotel in Cebu with complimentary breakfast and hot water, so I tried Hotel Pier Cuatro. Walking distance to the newly minted Robinsons Galleria. You can get a taxi or Grab easily from the hotel lobby. They have different charges per room, depending on how many persons will use it. I got their Deluxe Single for Php1280 per night. If two persons will use the same room, the rate will be Php1680. Extra +400 must be for the added electricity and water consumption.

They were fully booked on the Standard Single Php980 (+400 if two persons) so I had to get the Deluxe. Room was good. TV, AC, double beds, hot water, towels, closet. I do think their pricing was sensible. Less Php400 when you're alone. Good option.

Long table wasn't shabby at all.
Rice, vegetables, meat, fruits, bread, juices, coffee. Not bad at all.

Note: I had to checkout early around 8:30AM to catch a bus going to Sibonga. They allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception storage area for free. I came back 6PM to pick it up. Staff were quite helpful. Good hotel. Much recommended!
