Huma Mediterranean Cuisine

I admit, Huma Mediterranean Cuisine did not disappoint with its interior grandeur and elaborate MidEastern decorative details. Located at S Maison, Conrad Hotel at the Mall of Asia complex, this lavish resto was elegantly quiet that night, with few patrons during our visit. 

It occupied a large space, indeed. Hookah, lamps, plates, wine bottles by the wall.

Lovely dining hall. The windows overlook the ocean.

 Chicken Soup: Php200

Sawded Dajaj: Php240

Sayadieh: Php500  

Polished comfort room.

Remarks:

• Unfortunately, we did not exactly love the dishes. 
• Sawded Dajaj was decent, the Chicken Soup could go unmentioned. Sayadieh was ok. 
• I would not claim to be an expert in Mediterranean cuisine. All comments are based on flavours we've tasted at the time of visit.
