Elegant Circle Inn

 Elegant Circle Inn in Cebu City is located at the Fuente Osmena Rotunda. We only stayed here for 1 night, and picked this hotel because we would require a cab around 5AM. The circle is lit during night time from the bevy of hotels around it, and taxis are always nearby. There are also 24-hour fast food chain next to the hotel. 

 Outside, the humble hotel offers a disabled ramp and stairs. 

 Lobby has couches, although a bit outdated on the decor. A simple change of lighting mood would do the trick, perhaps.

 Checking-in was easy. Staff were nice and wide-awake, even at ungodly hours.

 A couple of massage chairs for rent is available at the lobby corner.

 View from upper floors. The Fuente Park at the circle is littered with people from nearby hotels, houses, and establishments.
