Chin Loong is an established restaurant in Dumaguete City, located at the boulevard. They have regular patrons, and are tourist-friendly as well. The white, and brown colors depict a traditional and solid stance. Servers were nice and approachable.
Outdoor dining is an option. Few parking spots available.
Long tables were the standard. Paired with tall back chairs.
