Bacolod Chicken Inasal

Bacolod Chicken Inasal
Visited branches: Mall of Asia, Jupiter St, Paseo de Roxas, Tagaytay

Bacolod Chicken Inasal is another insasal chicken house, but one of the more popular. They use pandan leaves over native plates, along with familiar condiments like vinegar, chili, soy sauce, and calamansi.

They also make use of natural materials like wood and steel braces for chairs and tables.

The interiors in their Jupiter branch look like an old house from the Spanish era. I feel like Imelda will pop from around the bend anytime.

The native high-back chairs definitely make it more old-fashioned.

The Bacolod Chicken Inasal Tagaytay branch, in Robinsons, pairs red and brown for colors. The same yellow drop-lights from all of their other branches can be found here as well.

A long comfy white couch by the wall, and the gleaming light from outside makes this a very sunny place to eat.
