Chocolat

Chocolat, Mall of Asia

Chocolat is your one-stop shop for chocolate overload. The place is cozy, and quite colorful despite the small area. Outside dining is possible, but it's not as aesthetically pleasing as the inside.

Red, brown, and flashes of neon blue create an intimate, yet kind of classic ambiance. A cake stand, which can be seen from outside, is filled with whole cakes.

Orders are taken at the counter, where most of the staff are concentrated. They only come out if delivering food, which is probably the best strategy, given the tight room.

The nice lights gave the place a cafe-like feel. Although the interiors seem busy, with the framed paintings and stone wall accents, everything is evened out with the white paint and dark seats/tables.

Chocolat Menu:

Cakes:

Lemon Tea: Php45

Brewed Coffee: Php45

Death by Tablea slice: Php80

I'm no sweet tooth, but I like the place. We didn't even get to finish the 1 slice of cake we shared, and found nothing out-the-ordinary-great about it. Still, cheers to all chocolate lovers! This is one of the few dessert houses devoted to premium cakes at reasonable prices.
