One of my regular spa stops is the Holiday Spa inside Robinsons Mall. It's conveniently located and is a no-fuss, dependable spa. The interiors are not much. It may seem old to some. But the massage is always good and professional.
It is tucked in the corner of 2/F Faura Wing, next to Bench Fix. Upon choosing the service you want, the attendant will ask for payment - cash or card accepted. Most of their clients are Koreans and elderly. A lot of old men also avail of the foot massage.

They have lockers for those who will have a body massage. Stalls for showers and toilets.
The common room is lined with comfy, large native chairs with red cushions.
A television set is available for entertainment, although it is usually showing local channels as attendants in the area favor them. There are slippers provided upon entering the common area, and newspapers, magazines for passing time.
A sauna room is available. Free mineral water is given to clients before their foot massage.
Each chair is huge and has a folding door in between for privacy. Men and women all stay in one room for foot massage.
Feet are soaked in hot water while in a foot-spa machine, while attendants prepare for towels and oils. There is also a tv set in the room, which can be turned on if requested.
1-Hr Foot Massage: Php400. Tips are expected, and usually worthy of at least Php50 or Php100, if the masseuse is exceptionally good.
