Southern Comfort Pensionne

I've been to Southern Comfort several times in Maasin City, Southern Leyte. Depending on your room floor is the rate. On the ground floor, you can get a room for Php600/night. I'm not sure what types of rooms are here, whether Family, Standard or Solo. I always end up on the 4th floor because I get Php400/night Standard Room.

The lobby is clean and have various services. Soda fridge is on, you can inquire at the front desk for prices. Open 24/7. Some lounge seats available as well.

Second floor has no rooms, the long stairs lead to 3rd floor.

3rd Floor landing. It's cleaned regularly. Hotel staff kept to themselves at all times.

There are CCTV cameras in each floor and corner. It's nice to know they care for the guest's safety.

 Huge, kinda old-ish design but functional, clean.

 Shower with heater, toilet with pail. Good water supply.

Simple bathroom, there's no water heater for this room, but most rooms have one.

This is a Twin Room. I forgot how much per night, perhaps around Php500.

This blue room is one of their Standard Rooms.

Rooms are all made-up, polished, painted, with the same amenities: closet, vanity, A/C, Cable TV, some toiletries, towel, hot/cold shower. Floors are tiled and ceilings have mouldings.
