It's Mardi Gras all-the-time in Gumbo! Taste the flavor of New Orleans in this festive restaurant. The interiors are roomy, with huge demi-circular couches by the wall. Al fresco dining is available overlooking Manila Bay. Take outside seats during Friday and Saturday night around 7pm to get a great view of the Mall of Asia weekend fireworks presentation.

The open kitchen offers a fresh take on dining. The servers are very accommodating and friendly. Long tables and big chairs beckon for family gatherings and group meetings.

The toilet is custom designed as well, adapting native materials, with continuing green hues. One word to describe Gumbo is 'charming'. Guests will have an enjoyable meal time and are not pressured to leave immediately after eating because there are plenty of seats around.

The comfy green circular couches are, of course, popular among patrons, and are easily filled. Other seating areas feature wooden table paired with hardy chairs.

Al-fresco dining area of Gumbo faces the famed Manila Bay. Come for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays around 7PM and see some free fireworks show. During the Pyro Competition, Gumbo outdoor tables could shoot up to more or less Php1000 per head (with dinner), as well as neighboring restos.
