We decided to skip the crowd and have dinner in one of Dumaguete's fine dining restos by the boulevard strip, Don Atilano at La Residencia Almar Hotel. |
Parking area is shared with the hotel's. |
We were the first guests of the evening, so we got to appreciate the quiet sophistication of the place. |
Buffet table for in-house breakfast I assume. |
Bar on the side |
Black and white treatment for tables and seats. |
Complimentary soup and bread |
Mango shake: Php60 Hot calamansi juice: Php45 |
Pork with buttered vegetable and mashed potato: Php325 |
Sliced Pork with rice and veggies: Php295 |
- Serving size is huge. The plates are giant, so each dish is best shared.
- I like how the side veggies glisten with flavor, and their sauces, generous.
- Attendants are nice. Price is well worth the quantity and taste.
- Good for a relaxing lunch, dinner, or aftie coffee.
