Ramen Nagi

Ramen Nagi sounds a lot like Ramen Nazi, which was coined for the known strict measures of Ukokkei Ramen Ron's kitchen boss. But Ramen Nagi is actually an international brand, and has many branches all over the world. It's one of the new ramen houses that's taking the metro one bowl at a time. Partly due to the Jap culture popularity, and the inviting interiors and food prep rituals. All these new and interesting way of dining is definitely profitable.
Ramen Nagi in SM Aura Sky Park offers many seating, but peak hours would require guests to share a table.

Remarks:
  • I love their slurpy noodles. Flavor and taste is a bit acquired, but I like the heat and combination of textures and spices.
  • You can customize how your noodle is prepared, and also which part of pork is served, as well as add-on side dishes.
  • Bowl is big enough for sharing.
  • serving time is pretty quick. Good for hungry tummies.
