Cafe Via Mare

Via Mare is more of a catering restaurant, but also has branches all over the metro. The newly renovated Landmark in Makati includes this freshly designed, starry-sky theme of Via Mare. Bright, soft lights reflect perfectly with the accent blue lights and wall images.
A real or faux bamboo row partition is a focal point. Located right at the second level of Landmark itself, it proves highly convenient for tired shoppers. Expect a crowded lunch hour, dinner time, and even during afternoon snack breaks.
Service is decent. There are plenty of waiters, but sometimes they forget you. Don't worry eventually you'll get noticed.

Remarks:
  • Prices are a bit higher, but it makes up for taste and quality. If you happen to get lost in Landmak (Makati or Trinoma), try Via Mare's for some homegrown food.
  • Sometimes, there'd be too many people and your order might be 'accidentally' forgotten. Try to follow up after 10-15minutes, just to check if it was punched in. Happened to us one too many times in their Landmark Makati branch.
  • Via Mare Rockwell has a smaller area, and lunch/dinners are packed, often with groups of families and colleagues.
