The Capiz Coffee Shop of The Charter House Hotel in Greenbelt is an old maid. Bound for renovation at the time of visit, it occupies the mezzanine level overlooking the lobby below. The stark white lights and dull colours have seen better days. On the bright side, it's clean and orderly. Staff were nice. Tables were a bit too small for the plates, especially if you order several items.
This table is large enough for 4 people, although it can sit 6.
Tiny round tables are certainly not for 4 people. Plates would stack on each other.

It's a great hotel so we stayed inside the whole time and ordered room service. WiFi was perfect so online life went on, no trouble whatsoever.
