Providore opened doors right before Christmas last year and was an instant hit with diners. We love the modern, organic-country theme going on. Clean, bold, and homegrown. Located at SM Aura's ground floor near the entrance (Starbucks), Providore is often full during peak hours, and weekends.

Pound by Todd English is the sexy cavern slash modern dungeon of a restaurant. The bricks and blacks, illuminated with the dimmest yet coziest of lights produce a sophisticated, classy ambiance. A departure from Todd English Food Hall, where the large setting is bursting with hotel-esque colors, white backdrop, and variety, Pound is more seductive and subdued.
We arrived several minutes before for the day's last call. People were almost done eating, just laughing and chatting on their tables. We happily occupied a corned table.
Considering it's near closing, staff forgot one of our drinks, the Ginger Ale.
Going through this corridor, there are more tables at the back.
Brass and steel. Very vintage barbaric, I love it.
Crispy Goat Cheese Salad: Php150
Pound for Pound- Sampler of Slider and Crispy Chicken: Php195
Add on- Gorgonzola: Php50

Remarks:
  • Sliders were yummy. I love the variety of ingredients they threw in, plus the option to add cheese, eggs, onions, foie gras, and even bone marrow!
  • Salad was perfect. I love the mix of raw and cooked items combined.
  • Must check back again soon.

This is the first time I've visited Heaven n' Eggs since their renovation. Before it was avant garde and whimsy, now it's like suppressing whimsy, with bold blue-red-yellow combo. Quite warm.
There are yellow couches here and there, and mostly blue wooden chairs.

  • Serving size can be for sharing. They have add-ons like this poached egg, and other sides.
  • The dim lights are quite calming, the ambiance - I'm not sure how to define it. The quirkiness and circus colors come off as fun, minus the actual fun. Servers are serious and a bit distant, but must not generalize. Probably just on that day.
  • Taste-wise, yes everything is good. But nothing made us jump like a recurring customer.
  • Recommended? I'd personally hop on to the next resto.

This restaurant is such a visual playground. You will run out of time appreciating every nook and corner of every inch that is unique, colourful, or shiny in this place. Welcome to Gabby's Bistro! It has a bistro concept and a lot more in between. They not only serve American food- shakes, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, ice cream, the whole lot; they included some rice dishes too, because rice is life. All I know is, as you go in, you feel enveloped in a million art pieces which felt like hours and hours of energy and effort were spent creating it. And we love it! Whimsical, Fairy-tale-ish, sometimes cowboy-ish, but downright quirky and impressive.
Gabby's Bistro is located at the Florentina Homes complex. Ample parking area for motorcycles and cars.
The castle tower fort is part of the hotel. So the bistro does not fall far behind with its decor.
Lovely outdoor area. No public vehicles pass here, except for those bound to park.
Nice cozy cove while waiting.
Extended outdoor dining area
This corridor exploded with colours and accessories.
Display counter with brass chandelier droplights.
The privacy, peacefulness, and bold colours will keep your energy up.
Newspapers available to read, perfect with your AM coffee.

Remarks:
  • Price is very affordable.
  • This is a great place for any reason actually - date, group meet, family, pals, by yourself.
  • It's cheery fun and the long list of items on their menu may confuse you a bit and take you about 10 minutes to decide, but you won't be going anywhere. You'd love to stay here and lounge.
